I don’t know what major to pick. Please help!?

I am 26 years old, married with two children. I went to college before I had my children, media communication and marketing, didnt finish neither of them. Got married, had my 2 kids, I work at Walmart barely making enough to pay the bills. My husband is going thru his own career struggles ever since he lost his job. But we are going through a big financial struggle. I started college again last year and have been going FT and been having good grades, but now it’s getting too hard on me, the classes are getting harder, i dont have much time after work and there is the usual stress of bills and not losing our home.
Anyways, I was going for nursing, but here where I live there is only 1 community college throughout the entire state so everyone is trying to go there. The competition and rules are extremely hard compared to other states to get into the program, so technically I havent even started yet. We all know nurses make good money and once you are done with college, it will be easy to find a job. But it’s hard getting an A on every class, and you only have 2 chances per class so basically I am losing hope, I only have anatomy 2 left after this semester, but I am losing hope, this semester my grades are not as good. I am panicking, stressed, tired, exhausted, and losing motivation. Do I really want to continue with this?

Since I receive financial aid and you must remain FT to get a refund (which helps us survive financially) I have been taking other classes out of interest, I tried to stay in one field and so I have taken a few classes from the vis. com. photography major. I have a big interest in photography and been taking photos on a freelance basis for 5 years now so that was my first choice and together with my gen ed classes I have taken before it shouldn’t take long to get my associates. After that I will have to transfer to get my Ba and Ma, but what am I going to do after that? I would love to be a photo journalist, or own a studio or business, or just do weddings and portraits. But there is so much competition in this field I have a lot of worries of finding a job.
Would a 4 yr degree in visual communication open doors to more general jobs as well or just visual communication?

I just long to be financially comfortable. I hate being 26 and being poor . I am the only one in my family that does not have a degree. It’s embarrassing.
Then there is a billion of other interests I have: Reading, movies, traveling, children, babies, child birth, web design, scrapbooking, I speak 3 languages, basic IT, poetry, craft,…

I am a social person love to interact with people but I also have a creative side. I love to help people and do something good for this world or the people in it.

Don tell me to do a career test because I already have, have taken online tests, tests at my college. Please anyone help me.
I wish I had an old grandma that could give me some golden advice right now.
Leonard, my children are why I want to get a degree. I was a stay at home mom for years before I entered the job field, then my husband lost his job. I make 1000/month but yet our basic bills are 1500/month. I am constantly scared of losing my kids because I cannot pay the bills by myself. We are constantly receiving disconnecting notices, so yes I’m stressed and I grew up that the easiest way to get out of this financial hole is get an education so I can get a better job to be a better mommy for my children. How dare you even think that I do not care about my children, based off this one question. My children are my world and my reason to get a better life. I want them to go to a private school or at least a school in a better area. I want to live without fearing an eviction or getting my heat cut off, without having to fear that we may not have food at the end of the month. I want a good life for my children so don’t tell me I am selfish. That’s just ridiculous thing.

I need to buy a printer mostly to print pictures (invitations, scrapbooking, etc) Which one would be the best?

I have been researching for fast, low cost, high quality color printers out there, but I’m overwhelmed with all the different options! I’m starting a small home-based business and I don’t have a color printer for my projects. I have been printing my pictures/projects in Wal-mart, CVS, Walgreens, but it’s time to get my own printer. It would be really helpful to me to receive input from someone who has had a similar experience. Thank you very much (Budget for printer: $200-300)
