the grab and go has met needs perfectly. I make jewelry and obviously is great for storing beads and all the other materials for making jewelry. It is to carry and is to store. I really appreciate what room it takes up in my studio. thank you collette dickson.

This is great for beading on the go (I don’t do a lot of other crafts so beading is the perspective I write this review from). In terms of storage space, the 4 plastic trays are decent but not great. They’re customizable like most such containers which is nice but you won’t be able to hold a tremendous number of beads in them (admittedly not a problem for most casual beaders) and bulkier arts and crafts aren’t really going to be an option. I actually find that this works best if you remove four plastic containers and just pile the supplies you need into it loose. (I use beading canisters to save space and can get a LOT of beads in it this way.) It’s small enough to be great for on-the-go stuff (but, so small that, if you use it for beading like I do, you’ll need to carry your bead board separate or have one of the small roll up mats).
As small storage/transport containers go, this is really ideal. Consider your needs before deciding on this or you could end up with something far too small for your needs. But, if you’re a small-scale crafter or want something to carry small amounts of supplies easily, this will definitely be an asset.

It is very useful to have a portable organizer like this for sewing supplies, and this one holds a lot. It seems well made but is lightweight enough to be comfortable carrying it around. The drawers stay closed because of the locks, which open and close well. The plastic is reasonably strong and doesn’t distort its shape at all. The only thing I don’t like about this organizer is the weird colors, which I don’t think are at all attractive. The green is sort of a pea green. A nicer color combination would have made this 5 stars instead of 4.

This set of drawers replaced several containers of quilting and sewing necessities and put things where I can always find them. I was amazed at the capacity.
